Equipment designed for use in drinking or potable water systems.
The Airfix D expansion vessel has an inner wall coated with a special material that protects against oxidation. These vessels’ membranes are made from materials that do not affect the taste, color, or odor of water. Thanks to the Airfix pressure ring construction, the part of the vessel’s wall that comes into contact with water is covered with a special coating before assembly.
The Airfix D is a flow-through vessel that redirects the entire line fluid flow through a special T-shaped element into the vessel to prevent water stagnation.
- Full flow-through.
- The Airfix D is equipped with a synthetic flow-through structure and a special T element to prevent the formation of unwanted bacteria in the vessel.
- Includes a special brass flow distribution T element (3/4 inch) and an internal synthetic flow-through structure.
- Filled with nitrogen gas to maintain pressure in the vessel for longer.
- The Airfix D can be equipped with the AirfixControl function. With AirfixControl, the Airfix expansion vessel’s pre-fill can be easily checked every year.
